How we protect your personal data

Who we are
HeritageAI is a product of DoAnythingNow Ltd. We provide AI-assisted heritage planning documents for listed building consent and householder planning applications in England. You can contact us about this policy at info@heritageai.uk.
What we collect
When you request a Preliminary Planning and Heritage Appraisal (PPHA) we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, professional role, the property address, its listing information, a description of the proposed works, and any photograph you choose to upload. Members of the intake service additionally provide project documents such as drawings, maps, and photographs.
How we use your information
We use your information to generate and deliver the documents you request, to respond to your enquiries, and to operate the members service. Property and works descriptions are processed by AI services to draft heritage planning content. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase and Vercel) and retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@heritageai.uk.
Website analytics
When you visit heritageai.uk we may use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZF5BJM54L3) to collect aggregated information about how the site is used — for example which pages are viewed, approximate location (country or region), device type, and referral source. This helps us understand whether the site is meeting visitors’ needs. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via the cookie consent banner; if you reject them, no analytics cookies are stored. Google processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. See our Cookie Policy for full details and how to change your choice.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@heritageai.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
