When do I pay?

On download. You pay for each stage only when you download the finished document for that stage — never in advance, and never as a recurring charge.

Can I stop after one stage?

Yes. Each of the four Vision to Value stages — the PPHA, the Statement of Heritage Significance, the Heritage Impact Assessment and the Planning and Heritage Statement — is priced and paid for on its own. You are never committed beyond the stage you’ve paid for.

Are drafts free for the Heritage Impact Assessment?

Yes. For the Heritage Impact Assessment, one price of £500 covers every round for the project, drafts included — you pay only when you download the submission version.
